How do I become a Yalu stockist?

We'd love to arrange a wholesale list for you! Please contact us yalunaturalperfume@gmail.com and If you live in the Melbourne area, we'd love to meet up and show you through our range. 

 Do you do custom orders?

Sure do! We love collaborating with like-minded people. We can do everything from unique wedding favors to organizing specialty tea blends for events or award nights. Send us an email and let's talk possibilities yalunaturalperfume@gmail.com

Can you send it to my PO BOX?

NO. We use a courier service to deliver your precious package. We can only send to real addresses, no PO BOX deliveries. Work addresses are great, as there is usually someone there to sign for it. Otherwise, our delivery person will leave a note at your door specifying pick up arrangements or the second drop off attempt. You can also specify in the notes section at checkout where you would like your package left. Example: Please leave my package on the front step. 

What happens if I make a mistake in my postage details?

Please double-check your address before submitting the order. Yalu does not accept responsibility for customers providing incorrect shipping details. In this instance, if products are returned to us, the resending of items to the customer will be at the customer's expense.

How long until I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched 1-3 working days after purchasing. Please allow up to 4 working days for regular post and up to 2 for express post from dispatch. This postage time will depend on your location.


For health and safety reasons there are no returns on Yalu products. Once it is opened. It's yours. If the wrong product has been sent to you then we are happy to exchange it over for the right one ( as long as that product hasn't been opened)

  • International shipping from $20.00 ( you will be able to select at the checkout) Please note that some regional areas + Darwin will not be included in our courier service and you may be contacted for additional postage fee.
